Do I need a wristband if I'm not getting in the water?
Yes — anyone entering the water park area, including spectators, needs a wristband. A spectator wristband is $10 and helps us maintain safety and manage capacity throughout the park.
Is there a limit on how many people can be in the park at once?
Yes — like all indoor water parks, we maintain a maximum occupancy limit in line with local safety codes to help keep the park safe and comfortable for everyone.
Can I bring food or drinks into the water park?
No food or drinks are allowed in the water park itself. Outside food and drinks aren't permitted anywhere in the building, unless you've purchased a party room.
